Very helpful staff! I was test driving a car with a check engine light on, and took it to this auto zone to have the codes read. They were happy to help and provided a lot of information as well as pricing for parts. I purchased a car thanks to this AutoZone location.

Great experience! Went in to get oil and started talking to a worker about my battery. He came outside and cleaned it and checked it for me. It was a nice gesture and I am so grateful for the help. Wonderful staff at this store!

Very good customer service from Michael Feagan at the store on 6th street. He helped when my headlights (purchased 4/29/24) boxes th had ceased working. Replaced and back on the road! Thank you.

Stopped by this AutoZone for a quick mission: an 8-inch piece of gas line for my mower. Figured it’d be a routine stop, but instead, I stumbled into one of the coolest customer service moments I’ve had in a while.
As soon as I walked in, a young woman promptly greeted me and got right to it—no hemming and hawing, just straight-up helpfulness. She took me to the back (where the magic happens, I guess) and started sizing up the gas line I brought.
When she asked how long I needed, I held up my measly little piece, expecting a shrug and a price tag. Instead, she says, “Oh, you’re in luck! We’ve got a bin of short pieces back here, and they’re FREE.”
Wait, what? Free? My inner cheapskate did a victory lap. She grabbed the perfect match, handed it over with a smile, and sent me on my way—saving me a few bucks and earning a big fan in the process.
So, here’s to AutoZone and their no-fuss, straight-up awesome service. And to that bin of free gas line bits—because sometimes, it’s the little things that make your day.

The manager, Ricky, was fantastic in helping me today. He double checked that the part I needed was not in the store and told also informed me that they can't order parts over the phone anymore bc they had been burnt too many times. I totally understand that. But he directed me to the website to order and also said I could come in and order the part. He truly went above in assisting me today.
