“New Year's Eve, and this was the only battery shop open when I needed to replace the factory battery in a family member's car. The technician's name was Mike, and he was FAST and meticulous. Everything part he removed had a place, and when it was all said and done, he tested several different things to be sure everything was working correctly before sending me on my way. What would have been charged with "labor hours" at other places was a simple $20 installation at Staab. I was thoroughly impressed by the clean facility, polite employees, and speed with which the job was done. Will definitely spread the word.”

“I was at O'Reilly's today. I received 5+ service and compassion. I have a serious illness and have to go out of town tomorrow. My car battery was jumped from roadside assistance. They told me to get my battery and alternator checked out at O'Reilly's. Kat looked at the vehicle and did a diagnostic. We thought it was the alternator. I bought a new one and after a second inspection, it was the battery. I returned the alternator and Kat had a friend install the battery. Nobody got over on me and everyone was compassionate.

“Yesterday, our car would not start. A couple of ladies helped us get a jump. The two ladies led us to Rexx Battery in Springfield, IL. A young man named, Garret looked at our battery. He cleaned the battery cable and tightened the positive battery cable. He also sprayed the post with anti corrosion spray. He also checked to see if the alternator was working properly. Both the battery and alternator checked out good. I tried to pay him but he didn't want to get paid. He was a really nice young man. He saved our trip to the State Fair...If you want an honest battery place, you need to come here!”
