Bought 4 tires from them and 2 of them needed replaced . They picked up the 2 and made me pay for 2 new tires without refuding me any money ! I am still waiting on my money and its been 3.5 months !!!!! All 4 tires are junk and I have had professionals try and balance them . My truck bounces all over the road . Crappy tires and i am still without my money !!!! Never again

I'm an OTR driver. I called day before to confirm my delivery appointment. Jay was helpful and professional. Arrived 0945 for 1000 appointment. I was assigned a dock and unloaded immediately..done in 30 minutes.The dock I was assigned was one of the three in the middle. Plenty of room to back in off road.All the staff was energetic and great to work with.Very good delivery experience.

No sign to indicate the company location from both directions. Sign is only visible from one direction. Freight flow personal had a bad attitude.
