It's alright, I like it well enough for some tech things. BUT don't go there if you simply want to get a phone. Perhaps the staff simply isn't trained in how modern phone's work but instead of simply selling the phone to me they want to instead set it up through a provider which isn't necessary. I'm on a family plan and don't have the time to bring in the owner of said plan, so I instead purchased my desired phone directly through apple and set up the phone at home by simply transferring the data and number, no involvement of the service provider needed.
So hopefully changes are made, cause I wouldn't mind buying a phone from Best Buy, but I don't wanna be told that I can't get the newest phone unless it's via the service provider and then be offered an older model that I don't want cause somehow that one doesn't need said provider to transfer the info.

Went to buy a small portable camera 7pm one evening,few employees in the store to help me, had to walk around to find somebody, camera display case was nearly empty. Nothing that was shown as in stock online was there, I asked a question about the camera, and the guy handed me the box back and said here why don’t you just read this and find out what your looking for…amazing

Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I work in customer service & I don’t expect the most but I at least expect help when I need it. It’s like when I needed help looking for something everyone just hid, working sucks I get it but at least do your job or don’t work at all. The 2 guys that did help me were not doing anything at the time & didn’t even bother to get up from their chairs to help me look for what I needed. Very disappointing.

I called the store and spoke with a young man today, and I only had one simple question about Blu-ray players and in order to get an answer he said I had to provide my phone number, email and some other information. I asked if I had to and he replied yes. I thought this was ridiculous, so I hung up and found out the information on my own. What nonsense. *Added after reading Meghan's response: As if it isn't already an annoying process trying to talk to someone at Best Buy, you just added to the nonsense. Give customers what they want...a simple answer about a Blu-ray, and not a questionnaire to fill out in order to get an answer. And everyone really dislikes that Best Buy no longer sells DVDs, just saying.

Not a bad place. Hoping they increase their inventory as I had to go to a different Best Buy in another city to get what I needed. Over all the staff was quite helpful and wonderful to speak with.

Decent people in store. Keep in mind there is no way to actually call the store from a posted number online. All inbound calls go to an outsourced call center.
