Completely rude to customers, lazy dont want to help. (Unless youre a female) if your a male they treat you like youre bothering them, even though all they do is sit on their butt smoking cigarettes indoors (thats legal right?)

I love the owners but I went to find a part but they said they didn't have it and I seen three differant totaled cars with part I needed but parts guy was to lazy to get it so he just told me he didn't have one

After I called in what I needed , I got there and paid. While waiting for my item(glass) some other customers came in. They immediately started on there order(4 tires). they don’t take the parts off other vehicles until you pay… I asked how much longer it would be and was told I would have to wait for them to help the other people that came in AFTER me with no explanation of why when I had been there paid and had been patiently waiting.

The staff was direct and helpful; I went in looking for a small random part for the back of my Jetta headlight. And they had it! This would have been five stars if the staff followed their own nonsmoking signs because I needed a shower to get the smoke smell out. (even without touching an old parts car)

While shopping for the headlight assembly for my 05 Honda pilot I called around to junk yards for prices. I found them here but to my surprise they were the same price as the brand new ones. When I told him he said,"welp, that's my price." and hung up on me. Gotta love the impeccable customer service these days!
