This was my first experience here. I was very pleased. From walking in the front door to a person smiling and very helpful to a extremely thorough estiment. They did a terrific job on my truck and cleaned the inside, which was not expected but was so appreciated. Would recommend them to all.

We are lifelong residents of Springfield. We’ve used Bill Matthews before with excellent results. But they have changed!! We had 2 doors replaced due to a deer T-boning our car. Afterwards the door did not close properly. And there was the sound of feel of air coming through the door. Not to mention they didn’t bother to clean all their palm prints off the glass. That seemed odd. Unfortunately a parking sign was accidentally driven over and we needed a new bumper. I was told they would call us right back about getting us scheduled for the new bumper and they’d fix the door while it was in. After a week my wife asked me to call again. I was told they REFUSED our business and would NOT even fix the door they didn’t install correctly.
They are a preferred vender for State Farm yet they would not fix their poor installation.
AVOID this business!! I will be happy to explain more to the local folks that know me.

Excellent customer service! They gave me a bid for work to be done, no add ons, no delays, the work was completed ahead of schedule! They also detailed my car inside and out!! I highly recommend this place !

Very happy with my experience. They had to replace the entire shell of the passenger cab on my Ford F-150 after a large limb fell on the roof. They did a great job, but after I picked up truck there was a problem with the rear park aid sensor and with the windshield washer function. I dropped in on the following day and Blake fixed both problems quickly (the washer issue was the responsibility of the glass company they used to replace the glass). They also cleaned the truck thoroughly before I picked it up.

All these good reviews are either paid for, or from overpriced insurance jobs. This shop accepted our vehicle, gave us a more than 10K estimate, disassembled the vehicle and now hold us hostage! They had the truck since January and in 3 months there's been no progress. Shame on you, specially Mr. Blake, who's now hiding, never available!

If I could give zero stars I absolutely would. I only gave one star because google makes you leave at least one. This is the most RACIST AND UNPROFESSIONAL auto body shop I’ve ever seen in my 20 years of dealing with auto body shops. Do not go here!!

10 days ago I took my truck in for an accident repair estimate. The appraiser said he would email me the estimate that day (Thursday) or Friday.
A week later I hadn't heard a thing from them. So I called them and asked them to check into it. They verified my email address and she said she would check into it. 4 days later I hadn't heard back from them. I sent them a message through their website and asked them what was happening with my estimate. They never responded. I guess the estimate for my damage was too small for them to mess around with it, What a way to run a business.

Was supposed to fix my car and it looks worse than it was when they gave it back to me everything in my engine is misplaced now my car shakes and everything's not screwed on right my hooded my hood don't look like they put it on they scratched my car and stole stuff from and try to make me pay double for it this will be the last time I ever take my car to this place I do not recommend it and they stayed with it for a long time it looks like I never got it fixed and now it's worser than what it was before it went in..Services: Painting
