The store is a joke. The manager refused to give his name and had an attitude the whole time. Sold me a phone that could not receive any data. The whole 2 months with this company has been horrible and a non stop pain. They wont give me any refunds nor help me with the open ticket on my account. Stay away from this store or you will get screwed. Customer service is a joke. It's the NO HELP 24/7 LINE.

Came in needed a phone but did not want unlimited data. Told here’s your phone - 1st month have to get $60 unlimited data plan then can immediately download app to change to $40 plan. Next day tried this and app wouldn’t let me change plans. Called Customer Care they said I had to be on $60 plan for 12 months. Called store because wanted to return the phone. Store said not true and forced the $40 payment plan through and said I’m all set. Now I’m stuck with only calls and text - no data. I’ve spent over 7 hours on calls with Customer Care with an open ticket. Called the store again to ask for the manager. Manager won’t give his name, won’t own up to his lies and is very unprofessional. Save your money and go with another carrier because this company is a joke.

Had amazing help at this store. They are wonderful when you're in need. I had a gentleman Pat. Help me. That was so amazing if anybody ever needs a good phone or somebody's smart that can hook you up. That is the store Boost Mobile North grand thank you, Boost Mobile and thank you, Pat.

The store employee melynda helped me get prepaid interent. Had to go back to the store a few times cuz of problems on my end and she was determined to get my internert working before i walked out of there. 10/10 great job❗❗❗

Boost is not a good service if you live in a rural area or near Petersburg. They don't like to explain why there is such a issue, and were quite rude actually. Wouldn't recommend it unless you are willing to deal with rude employees and service that isn't consistent EVER!

I visited the Boost mobile location @ the North Grand store and Pat was awesome! Pat knew exactly how to address my concerns correctly and in a timely and professional way.

They have the worst customer service. If you need any help you have to pay for it. It's just as bad to call in for customers service. It's like they hate to do there job. If I hated to do my job. I would just quit and try to find something else. You can't win either way. I definitely wouldn't recommend there service. I'd rather pay more just to stay away from boost bulls....

How was my experience? the day after I paid the bill for 3 phones I had service shut off to changer carriers just to find out the phones were locked for 1 year can not change from boost so I hate boost so much went to the phone shop down the street and purchased all brand new phones and changed carriers.
