Well I'll start with the fact that they will not help you and go as far as calling the police just to getaway with not doing their job. The customer service over the phone is not pleasant by any means. The will not do anything except put you through hell. They never want to help you. They hang up with you for nothing or put you on hold for well over an hour. I've never received any help just pain from boost. It's not worth it. I would rather pay a higher bill than to deal with them. The new hotspot they have. They won't turn it on until you pay more than what's offered.

In May, I decided that I would like to purchase the IPhone 11. The customer service representative that assisted with my service was Jonase aka J. Initially, when we went through the process she had misleading information - I was told the price of the phone would be less than what the actual price was, J didn’t have me sign the 2 mandatory forms, & I didn’t receive a receipt to show my charges. The reason I am aware of this is because I came in the next morning to ask why I was over charged when Jonase had stated that it would be less but another young lady was there with braids. She informed me of J mistakes & was very understanding about me being upset. Also, during our transaction Jonase was on the phone with her boyfriend the entire time & it was very distracting.
