I had a really frustrating experience last summer with a hit-and-run, but thankfully, Caliber Collision in Springfield made the repair process much easier. They did a great job fixing my car, and I appreciated their help throughout the entire process. What really stood out, however, happened months later. After 8 months, I started experiencing intermittent sensor and electrical issues, which were ultimately traced back to the previous accident after a thorough investigation by my dealership.
I took these findings back to Caliber, and I was incredibly impressed by how they immediately took ownership of the issue. They quickly reached out to the original insurance adjuster and had my car repaired within about a week. The level of professionalism and care they showed throughout this whole experience was beyond my expectations.
The team at Caliber Collision has been nothing but friendly, helpful, and incredibly professional. I truly appreciate their dedication to making things right, and I can't recommend them enough for anyone in need of collision repair.
