Even before I was an actual customer at the counter, I remember one afternoon I was struggling to get my suitcases out of a vehicle right outside of the baggage claim doors. While John was walking with another customer to a vehicle, he stopped to help me with my suitcases, because he could see that I was struggling, and he did it with a smile!I work back-and-forth between Illinois and Texas, and every time I arrive I am always greeted by John’s pleasant attitude and care that he provides to each of the customers.Whenever I am in Springfield, I will always use this enterprise location as my choice to get a rental car because of the exceptional service I have received from John and his team!”

“Decent car, well maintained and clean. Staff were friendly and made the process very easy. Only complaint is they don't state their deposit amounts except in the fine print of terms and conditions,(200 on A credit card, 500 on a debit card) fortunately I was prepared for that, but I overheard a gentleman being helped by an employee upon my return that was not prepared and walked away without his rental. Good experience and will rent again thru hertz”

Little did I know Hertz rental car company had no longer been servicing the Springfield airport for sometime and forgot to tell customers. Luckily, Norton, national rental car, kiosk is open and John Akers was working and was able to help me out with a car. I was due to drive two hours from Springfield that evening and I would've been stuck in the city if it wasn't for John.”
