“Lauren helped me from start to finish and made the experience stress free. She was friendly and personable. I felt like if I had any issues, I could contact her. Luckily, I had none and Lauren helped me with the drop-off process which was done within ten minutes, or less. This was the first experience I’ve had using a rental car service so I was anxious but I had a great experience at Enterprise thanks to Lauren and her above and beyond service. “Recently rented a vehicle from Alamo- no, not the one in Texas, but rather at the Springfield, IL airport. What a delight not having to muscle your way up to the rental counter, or hurdle over unclaimed baggage. It reminded me of small town USA where, if one were to lie down, you’d need a passport.
By the by, Alamo is now owned by Enterprise. Conglomerates are such big happy families. Anyway, this particular Alamo car rental bent over backwards to ensure top notch customer service. Viva Alamo!”

“BEST EXPERIENCE EVER! Beyond my expectations! Due to weather and other ridiculous travel woes from Chicago OHare and unnamed airline, my flight to Springfield was delayed by more than 7 hours. This was only the second time to this Enterprise location but due to the late hour and time of arrival, I was not sure if anyone would be around to help me check in. To my surprise, Yolanda was there waiting, with a smile and extremely helpful attitude after a long day! Kudos to her and thank you for making me switch permanently to Enterprise!”
