Im usually not a review writing person especially for local owned businesses but literally every time i come to this carwash they scam on the time. Nozzles shut off at least a minute early and i never get to finish washing my car unless i swipe my card again. I have complained about it several times to employees and they turned the nozzle back on for me but im just tired of running around trying to find someone to do that all the time. Apparently it never got fixed and this will be the last time this carwash will see my business.

Rip off.... everytime I've washed my car here in the self wash bay as soon as it get down to the last minute the it cuts off around 55 seconds.... if I paid for X amount of minutes I should be able to use the entirety of that time. Not only this but most the time half the settings dont even work. My last trip only things that worked were the foam brush and the high pressure rinse.

We are from out of town but stopped in today to wash the work truck. A gentleman came out to check on us and to see how the pressure was with the spray wand. There actually was low pressure in our wash bay and the gentleman with the beard hooked us up with another bay and complimentary wash without hesitation. He really went out of his way to take care of us. It’s hard to find great customer service like this. I highly recommend Car Wash City.

I come here to wash my dog they have a dog wash 24 hours a day. However you will spend at least 35 to 40 bucks to get your dog decently clean The equipment is not all up to par

This is the best value in town!
My issues are that it doesn't rinse the back of an SUV well. I've posted many times, no one seems to fix it!
But I would also love if they would open a spot on north-end or in Sherman.

First time in my life I encountered a car wash (self service) that had no soap. And no attendant to be found to assist. What wonderful service! Edit: on top of that it even charged me $10 for essentially a water rinse!!!
