I had a terrible experience at Casey's on Jefferson. The clerk was incredibly rude and insulting from the moment I checked out. When she told me I needed to leave my bags, I explained that she should have informed me of this beforehand, but she continued to argue and berate me even after I dropped my bags. Despite my efforts to clarify and remain calm, she persisted in her hostility. Ultimately, she told me to leave and never come back. The customer service at this store was unacceptable, and I will be sharing my experience with Casey's corporate office. This kind of treatment is completely unprofessional and disappointing. It was 2:25 am. Tuesday August, 12 2025.

If I could give it a lower rating I would. I placed an order for delivery and the estimated time was 40 minutes. Fine by me, but its been two hours and they haven't delivered. I wouldn't normally leave a review and just cancel the order but they wouldn't even let me cancel the order. Hands down the worst customer service and I will not be ordering from here again.

Placed on order online for pizza at 2:30 for a 6 pickup. Got there at 6 to pickup and the hadn't even started to make them. There wasn't any other pizza being made so they were not busy. I wouldn't have been upset if they had been busy.

Show it on website was 24 hours store that is not the case. I tried doing business at this location at 11:00 and the doors were closed and lights were off

You never know if it's gonna be open. It says 24 hrs, but it's not. It's not even open at 5 am like most other Casey's in town. It's randomly closed at different hours throughout the day. Not a lot of fresh food or any real verity. The pumps barely work at all, and they don't mark off the broken one's. Spend your money somewhere else.

Went in there lltoday and got stuck behind a lottery guy. 3 other employees kept walking by while I continued to wait. When I finally got to the register wouldn't even speak to me. I even had to take the receipt off the printer because he wouldn't hand it to me.
Ill drive across town before stopping here again.

Got a burrito and an apple juice for pick up. Food was fine, however the male cook with glasses or was extremely rude. Tried to show him the app and what I ordered and he said “Can you not read?” Proceeded to take way too long to give me my food when I ordered it for ASAP pickup. Unsure what I did to receive this kind of service considering I thought I was respectful.

Casey's on Jefferson in Springfield, Illinois, is a great spot! The location is super convenient, especially when you need a quick bite or to fuel up. The variety of services they offer, from pizza delivery and pickup to their bakery items, is fantastic. The customer service is always friendly and efficient. I recently stopped by and had a great experience. Highly recommend this Casey's location!

I've literally never had a more stressful pizza delivery in my life. I ordered a pizza last night on the caseys app and it never shows up. I check the app and doordash says they werent able to reach me in order to give me my pizza. The order says they werent allowed to drop it on the porch. I order from caseys all the time and they always just drop it on the porch. I didnt know they were going to be expecting me to wait by the door. I call the store to ask where it was and they tell me I'll have to call door dash so they can refund my money and reorder/redeliver my pizza. I call Doordarsh and they say they need to call caseys to confirm redelivery and then they come back and say caseys says they can't rediliver because they don't have the pizza and the dasher doesn't have it either. They then tell me I need to call Caseys back for a refund. I'm not sure I understand why they made me call doordash if they were just going to turn around and tell doordash they can't redeliver and they knew I couldn't get a refund from them. I call caseys and they say they can't do anything without a manager. 30 minutes later they tell me they can't get in touch with the manager and I leave my name, number and order number with them for the manager to issue me a refund and reach out. Manager was supposed to be there at 10:00 am. It's now 3:30 pm so I call again to ask for a refund and they tell me the manager isn't in and they'll be back in 30 minutes. At this point I've had to make 6 phone calls and I still haven't recieved my money or my pizza. I will not be ordering delivery from this caseys anymore. I ordered pizza because I was exhausted and hoping for an easy night.
