I don't understand how you can come to work and your hair is not done in a customer services setting. Then your cashier are playing and being loud. Sometimes on there phones cursing. I've been in there a number of times and there is usually one nice gentleman in there with long braids; he works in the kitchen very nice and helpful but always busy. Food tastes better when his there.

Use to be good been going there for years but recently the employees are extremely loud rude and just always arguing with one another yelling actual curse words etc. The place has gotten dirty never donuts made anymore hardly. My family and I have stopped going to Casey's on Peoria rd all together at this point!

They usually do a good job, but today was very poor. I ordered a pepperoni pizza with extra cheese. The pizza I received was not what I ordered. When I order for pickup the box doesn’t have the tape on it for deliveries. I think it is likely they just gave me another persons regular pepperoni that wasn’t picked up, because they didn’t want to make mine. Crust was very chewy like it had been sitting there for a long time. When I asked the employee if they did extra cheese, I was hoping they would remedy the situation, but she lied. I went over to the cashier and I was given a delivery ticket with no bar code, the cashier said I have it already rung up. So I think he was aware as well. I decided to just pay and go.

None of the pumps were taking cards so had to go in and say an amount(basically didn't fill up) and there's no squeegees to clean your windshields, teller inside was not exactly the nicest person

Worst customer service available. Do NOT order their pizza it's old and cold every time they will not refund you. However I contacted corporate and got my refund. I would be surprised if Jeremy still has a job or Marcus for that matter.

Check soda before buying bought 2 that expired on Nov 23rd 23 and it's January 15th 2024 didn't even notice date until I took a drink and it tasted nasty.

There are much better Casey's in the area that can walk and chew gum at the same time. If you want to wait for the pizza cook to make a pizza and then make bread sticks after the pizza is done, go to this location. I am not exaggerating, the guy actually can not make more than one thing at a time. In another instance, he was staring at his phone while one pizza was done, and the other was jammed in the oven being overcooked.

I was just there and the heavy set man with the red hair working the counter was extremely rude and dismissive. I greeted him and he said nothing. So I repeated my greeting and still nothing. Then I said, " O, I guess today is not a day for saying hi to guest." He gestured to the black lady in the back office and said, "She said, "hi, not me." So I got quiet for a minute before I mouthed off back and just asked her if she would come up and assist me.Obviously was bothering this man because he had to put his cellphone down and help me, but this Casey's was a disappointment tonight. I did not feel like I was a wanted, let alone appreciated guess in that establishment. It was so dissappointing.

They never have pizza, and when they do, they are from 5 hours ago. Never know if they are going to be open. Some days they are closed by 6pm. No sign or anything. Terrible service.
