I went into Chico‘s to purchase some clothes for my wife that she has been wanting.
I met a lady their name Cara she totally knew what I was talking about And set me up with the perfect outfit for my wife’s 60th birthday!
After that, my wife went into Chico’s and spoke with her again, and she ended up purchasing more clothes from her and was very very pleased with her and her professionalism and her knowledge of the line of clothing.

Came today needing a outdoor code for mother-in-law. Couldn't afford what they had.The woman talked to her manager gave us a 30% discount. We walked out with a beautiful coat. They even wrapped it for us. We're sthankful and so happy. Happy ha So thankful and so happy.

I was interested in making a fun T shirt for a Near Years party, & called several area shops that listed T shirt printing, on Google, to see if it was possible. When I chanced to Call Chico's, in Springfield, IL. I presented my idea to a person named Vicki, & the phone just went dead! So I called back. She had HUNG UP on me.! When I reconnected, she was very rude, saying in a rather severe snippy voice, that they had no interest in helping me! She could have simply said they were sorry, but couldn't help me, & I would have moved on. I wished her a good day, but on thinking about her reaction, decided to comment. Perhaps she should have a job that does not depend on CUSTOMER SERVICE.
