Circle K in in Springfield, IL is a lifesaver for those hectic weeknights! Around 5pm, it's a hive of activity with folks grabbing essentials on their way home. Despite the rush, I've always found the staff friendly and efficient.
They have all the usual gas station goodies: a wide variety of snacks, both healthy and indulgent, and a decent selection of drinks, from sodas to juices. Their coffee bar is a plus, offering a quick caffeine fix with various flavors and creamers.
What sets this Circle K apart is its cleanliness. Even during peak hours, they manage to keep the place tidy. The restrooms are surprisingly well-maintained, which is a big deal for a busy gas station.
While the prices are competitive with other stations in the area, it's the convenience and quick service that make this Circle K my go-to spot. Whether you need to fill up your tank, grab a snack, or use the restroom, this location is a reliable option in Springfield.

Not much of a convenience store when they're always locked and there's no employees around for hours when you really to buy something. Seen so many customers come and go without doing any business while waiting for an employee to show up.

I don’t know what happened to this gas station recently, but the whole thing is gross. No paper towels in the bathrooms, the floor is gross the fountain area is always empty and nasty. And their recent hires leave a lot to be desired, especially Rainbow Brite tweeker!

This place has worn out all my good will. Always something afoot at this circle k, that's for sure. But over the last 6 months it has just gotten too scary. They can't keep staff. They have hired special needs staff to work by themselves on weekend night shifts. That has to be some sort of disability act violation. Also they once had the best sodas in the city, but they have completely given up and you will be lucky if anything is working. Maybe coke is too scared to restock there? Always out of coke.

Went to buy drinks there both times sales prices were on cooler and did not ring up at register. Won’t be back there.

Tap to pay on the pump didn’t work. Had to try my card 3 times before I could start pumping. Pump played ads while fueling. So obnoxious.

Replace the empty receipt rolls at the pumps. Haven't gotten a receipt at the pumps here for months. Kinda need it for the carwash code...

It's very clean & well stocked. One of the best gas stations I've been to in quite awhile. All the employees are very friendly & helpful. The coffee machines are awesome. I use the car wash weekly when I come through town. Would recommend!
