I have been in here alot in the last three weeks and in the past in the past the store is a mess noone working these past few weeks I have came into this new team working really hard and together like seeing the teamwork was in there yesterday the girl that is always changing her hair up was literally walking around the store talking and on her phone while two newer workers was up front hanging stuff and another new girl was running the clothes and hanging them was in there when the lady that is always there for past yrs and two her employs had all kinds boxes out working on them together keep up the hard work Springfield IL cititrends you guys are getting this store together the best you can

Very unprofessional and ghetto the employee's are very rude and Vulgar I had a black man with dreads who was an employee who got upset with the manager for whatever reason and threw a clothes hanger that almost hit me and my 6 months old child and the manager with Purple hair who looked about 12 didnt have a clue how to speak up on behalf of the customers or how to Protect And ensure safety of the customers she laughed As if she found humor in what was happening she didn't address the matter at all. In fact, she threatened to have me and 2 other woman banned from the store for saying how bad the customer service was and for calling the police the man still works there I will be contacting my lawyer and i will be taking legal action. Furthermore i am pressing charges. As an employee, it is highly inappropriate and unprofessional to behave that way in a public setting to the point where You're recklessly throwing hangers Where there are innocent bystanders and children i don't recommend Anyone shopping at this location in Springfield

I Had bought $109.00 worth of items at citi trends on 11/16/23. On 11/21/23 I returned 75$ worth of it. Here we are 12/09/23 and it still hasnt posted to my card.

Seems like there used to be more of a variety of womens shoes and purses. Customer service acted more like security service. Made me a bit uncomfortable.
