Took a while, but got my resolution resolved. Lori got my problems solved after about an hour & her speaking to management. If you have problems, she will work through it to get it situated or get you answer. Thank you for listening.

The process to obtain new service is more 1995 than 2025 (you have to actually go to their office with ID and paperwork - no online option AT ALL. Weird nowadays…) - but the staff were very helpful and courteous and the wait time was better than I expected.
