“This is the best gift shop in Springfield. I love giving surprises to family and friends and the many times I have been here, I have always found the right thing. Love the local artists artworks. The clothing is really nice. The accessories and jewelry are unique finds. I love the the ladies that work there and are always ready to help me find that special one of kind gift. Oh and did I mention that when you find that nice gift, you'll also find something for yourself too. Just thinking about this place makes me want to jump in the car and go now. Have fun!”

“We were just at the H & M store at White Oaks Mall in Springfield, IL and had THE best employee help us. Her name was Francis and she was in the children’s department. She was a real sales person. She helped us find what we wanted and brought us things to the fitting room. You know - like sales people used to do!!!!!”
“This store is incredible!! My daughter and I love everything that is sold here. The styles are so much fun and uplifting! Perfect for any age.I really like everyone who has ever worked there. They are always so friendly yet very professional. If something looks bad, they are great to suggest something else that might work better. I love that. It is annoying when a sales person tells you something looks great when you know full well that it does not. I think most people appreciate honesty.I'm not sure if the owners name/names, but she/they go above and beyond. Keep up the great work!”

“Oh my goodness what a cute little shop! So many cute things and a fun shopping experience. Easy to get too. The owner was super friendly and we had a great time visiting and shopping. “I stopped by around 12:30 in the afternoon to pick up a few things, and the checkout line started getting pretty busy. At first, I only saw one cashier handling all the customers. Shortly after, I believe the manager called another employee who had been stocking items in the aisle to come help at the register. Even though it seemed like that wasn’t originally her role at the moment, she stepped in to assist. She didn’t seem thrilled about being pulled away, which is understandable, but when it was my turn, she was polite and professional. I treated her with the same respect, and overall it turned into a very positive interaction. I appreciated the effort to help customers despite the rush.”
