If I could give zero stars I would. After the vehicle was purchased the check engine light come on for a catalytic converter. After taking it to a dealership it was evident that it had been reset prior to selling it. Kevin and his staff are VERY unprofessional and straight up rude. There is nothing worse than thieves and liars. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This place is a joke! If you want lessons on how to be a con artist, then go to this Dealership and ask to speak with Kevin. You will have a Masters Degree by the time you leave.

I bought a vehicle there from recently that came with the 30-day warranty. When things started going wrong after 2 weeks I called Kevin and he was a completely different person from when I talk to him before I purchased the car. He basically gave me the runaround until the warranty wasn't valid anymore..... Him and his car lots are by far are the worst I've ever dealt with.... Please make sure you stay clear of this car dealership because all they do is take advantage of people and and lie to them.... Just to sell a car

I've had nothing but bad luck with the owner Kevin. He finances his cars from the auction. So he doesn't have titles in the office. It has taken him months to get cars purchased from that lot registered. Please do the right thing, buy a car from a private seller.

Have bought several cars from crest over the years, will not even waste my time looking anywhere else when shopping for a used car. Kevin is very particular about the cars he gets and has a nice selection at very reasonable prices.

Worst car dealership in Springfield by far. My 67 year old Grandmother was looking to purchase a vehicle, so we stopped in at Crest motors to look at a Subaru Forester. We talked to the owner who's name was Kevin and also his wife about the vehicle. Everything started off fine but things quickly changed when my Grandmother started asking to many questions apparently. They didn't want to answer any of our questions and kicked us out of the office. Never in my life have I seen such tasteless people. I am revolted.that this dealership is able to keep there doors open. Truly disgusting people.

My handicapped uncle & I stopped in to see a few vehicles he had. Very friendly, respectful and knowledgeable. We looked at 25 cars that day. Here and other places. This place by far had the cleanest of them all! We came back the next day and made a purchase of a Nissan Marano. It runs great and my uncle couldn't be happier! Stop in and see for yourself it is worth it!!! These people where the best in Springfield in my opinion!!!!

EXTREMELY RUDE I saw a truck on there website that I was EXTREMELY interested in and I was going to look at.. I simply called and asked for a little more information on it and asked how many miles on it and they replied with “I’m not selling a vehicle bc of the mileage” and gave me a long story on how it was in good condition and worth the money and simply hung up on me

Stopped to look at a truck that pics didn’t reflect poor condition of and after briefly looking at pleasantly said to owner that truck wasn’t my cup of tea and wasn’t interested. Owner said had another one on lot. Inquired how many miles on other truck and owner answered then shut garage door. Had to knock on front door to ask owner if I had upset him inquiring about other truck. Guy literally said, “you’re too picky, I don’t want you as my customer, I pick my customers.” I stopped there for no more than 5 minutes and the owner went from 0 to 100 on irritability and aggression.

Wonderful experience! We had been looking for a while to get a vehicle for our college son. Because of Crest Motors, we were able to get a newer used vehicle with fewer miles for a great deal. Very nice people who care about their customers!
