I had lost my phone, and brought in another phone to get service on. Upon giving my phone number to the sales lady, I was told that my phone number does not exist. I replied that I most certainly get a text notice that my bill is due on that number. She replied rather curtly that her computer shows it doesn't exist, so there's nothing she can do.

They messed up by telling me the wrong information and I had to pay 182 for one month of service and nobody never got back to me after they checked the record call it's been longer than 30 days I had them for years and this was the worst customer service I ever had I would not recommend them to know one

Jay at this store is amazing. I cannot say enough about the service that we received from her. She deserves 10 stars. I initially called this store, and she answered on the first ring. When I explained the issues we were having, she explained a couple of options, so I drove to the store. From the movie we walked in, she was so helpful and accommodating, and very, very patient with us. I would definitely recommend going to this cricket store and ask for Jay!

Jay was super helpful and helped me to get a new sim card whennmy old one was critically out of date. Was a super easy visit and she made it very simple to make sure our phones wouldnt shut off.

Jay was amazing. Help me and my dad with our phone and phone plan. It involved switching my dad's phones and adding his line to my phone plan. She was not only helpful, she was a joy to talk to.
