Waited in drive thru today for 20 minutes that could’ve been avoided. I was 2nd in line at 4:00, person ahead of me probably waiting on script to be filled, finally at 4:20 got up there, paid for husbands script and done in 1 minute. Please tell people to come back OR go back through the line. This was absolutely ridiculous!

So now you can't even call and talk to a pharmacy staff person. You are forced to leave a message and hope they call you back... then you get a text message thanking you for leaving a message and asking if you still want a call back!!! It's sad because the staff at this pharmacy are amazing. But CVS is apparently to cheap to provide the support to actually let the staff be of service to their customers... I have the app and use it to order my refills. This must recent one is "delayed" with no explanation and no communication from the pharmacy. Their AI chat-bot can't actually do anything and is a complete waste of time. But I couldn't even get the phone number to ask why from the app. It just said to "check back". I had to Google then to find the phone number and then leave a message... Whoever thought this system up deserves every bit of karma that comes their way. I'm calling my insurance tomorrow to find another acceptable pharmacy... this system is insanity.

Ordered some items for delivery, items were marked as delivered. I checked my porch and nothing is there, so I call the store I am told that the items left the store. I wait some more time and nothing. I call back to store and was rudely told that my order is still at the store and it is my responsibility to reach out to the delivery company. What is the point of providing a service you won’t follow through with? Walgreens here I come!!

I used their UPS Access Point and now I have a $220 charge for a non-returned device from the company I sent it to. I don't know where the breakdown happened but I did not receive any assistance with this, an employee just took the box from me and walked away without saying a word.

CVS on MacArthur in Springfield, Illinois is an excellent store and pharmacy. Pharmacy staff is wonderful to deal with!

Rang CVS several times to refill scripts, was told Dr needed to call them in, even though they were my regular meds. Called Dr to refill. Went in 3 days later and spoke to red haired pharmacist, he said he couldn't refill and I needed to call Dr. Again ?? Called Dr again and went in 2 days later to get much needed meds, again red haired pharmacist said we dont have orders and was EXTREMELY unprofessional and rude about it. Went to Drs of ffg ice directlyafter and BP was 197/98. Had ENOUGH, TRANSFER TO HYVEE FOR ALL MEDS !! ?? Dr even said shed heard bad things about this particular pharmacy !! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Terrible experience. Switched to this pharmacy due to an insurance change and this is the closest location to my residence. My first time calling to inquire about the status of a new prescription that was to be sent over by the doctor, the person who answered the phone was extremely rude and condescending, despite her own mistake of incorrectly entering my information. It was one of the most unpleasant phone calls I’ve had and being a person who’s worked in the service industry and with the public I always try to be polite and pleasant to anyone serving me. She questioned all the information I gave her, even my own birth date, and told me I called the wrong store. Each time I verified my information and store location she grew increasingly nasty. She made it clear I was wasting her time so I’ll have to find another new pharmacy. I will try to go back to my original HyVee pharmacy. They are the best pharmacy and friendliest staff and I’m sorry that I ever needed to change.

Had a $5. Dollar off coupon for shopping at cvs. Great customer service! Store is very clean and organized and has alot of general items not found at walgreens.i saved alot of money with their coupons with their rewards.

Worst pharmacy I've ever had to work with, the pharmacist is unprofessional and rude at her best. There's two people working, no one inside and yet somehow the 8 cars at the window get ignored? I waited 15 minutes and went inside and it still took 10 minutes. I will not be coming back to this one.
