Pharmacy is a joke sat at drive thru line for 30 minutes and when get to window they shut it and says they are on break … makes no sense have somebody take care of others thru the line while they on break instead of wasting people time that has Ben in line for 30 minutes … so now I sit here and wait

Pharmacist working on 10/23 at 3pm is incredibly rude and disrespectful. Never encountered someone so rude at a job they’re being paid to do.

Went to pick up a prescription, said my name, the pharmacist looked me up and down, didn't look at the computer or anything else and told me we don't have it. Wouldn't help me at first and then I gave her more information on what I was getting, and that the hospital sent it over the night before. She doesn't take my ID or my insurance card, goes in the back, THEN shows me a fax of what the doctor sent over and told me it wasn't ready yet. So first they don't have it at all, then suddenly it's just not ready? After a whole day after of when it was sent?
She then says it'll be ready after lunch, but told the customer ahead of me that they were closing in an hour due to short staffing. After a weird back and forth that didn't make sense, she tells me they don't take my insurance and that I'll have to go elsewhere.
Went to Walgreens, it took 5 minutes or less to get me sorted. However, it'll be another day of waiting or I might not even get it, because this CVS has yet to pick up their phones to proceed with the transfer. Won't be going back here. Short staffing I can understand, but the entire interaction felt weird and like I was bothering them, or that they didn't like me when it was my first time there.

After 20 plus years of being a CVS customer, I quit them. They weren't always like this. Through the automated phone prompts you are taken through and finally get the option to speak with a pharmacist. Nope, not anymore. It's straight to voicemail. I had a message returned by the pharmacist but it was at their closing time so I couldn't go in to get my necessary med then. I called the pharmacy a week ago and left another voicemail. A recording told me my call would be returned in an hour. It is a week later, never got a call back. I went to the store, in person, to the pharmacy. No customers in line ahead of me. I saw three workers at the pharmacy. A young lady working the drive-up. A pharmacist talking on the phone. And another man who didn't move, speak, acknowledge my presence, nothing. The pharmacist I guess finally saw me standing at the counter and did say someone would help me shortly. He then turned his phone call to a customer. And, man, let me tell you, how did this person get the pharmacist on the phone? He was giving the best help to whomever was on the line. In the meantime, I'm there in person, and still no assistance. I was so frustrated I walked away. But as I did, another customer stepped up to the counter and she was immediately asked how she could be helped. I'm done with CVS.

Picked up a prescription. Opened up when I got home and realized it was an old prescription. My doctor upped the dosage on the medication. Called to find out what happened and why CVS didn’t cancel the old dosage when they got the new dosage. Was told that it was not their responsibility, the doctor needed to tell them to cancel. I thought that the pharmacist reviewed our medications for these problems. They just kept saying that it wasn’t a CVS problem and they couldn’t accept returning the bad prescription.

Talking to a pharmacist on phone. His response was sorry buddy and hung up. Had more questions. Maybe need to take a course in hospitality. It was for a medication I need to live and I was brushed off like it didn't matter. I know they stay busy but come on now.
