They did a wonderful job on my wife and I wedding rings. My band was custom. Kathy was nice to work with. She gave me fair prices. This was 4 years ago. Today I bought a rope chain. Kathy gave me a fair price and I appreciate her and her business. I would recommend.

Went in with broken chain on earring thinking it would have to be replaced but they committed to repair at very reasonable price. Job was done next day and price was honored. I have no idea about the quality of their gemstones but am convinced about the quality of their honesty. As of today I believe they are to be trusted.

Bought a custom watch online that was too big and had trouble finding someone local to remove some links for a better fit. I didn't catch his name but one of the in-store associates was able to get it done with in 5 minutes. Very impressed.
