“My 93 year old father broke the rope on his Stihl chainsaw. I called farm and home supply repair center and spoke with Brian. After explaining my father, had people helping him for only two days, Brian encouraged me to bring it in right away. He said he would take care of it while I waited. HE DID! You could not have been treated any better anywhere. Brian I will forever be in your debt. It's such a blessing when you come accross others that use their talents with a smile and urgency when you really need it. Thank you again Brian.”

“One of my favorite retail outlets in good old Springfield, IL to shop in. The store isn’t overpriced, or overwhelming; the customer service fits T.J. Maxx to a ‘T’; and if you’re like me, the bargain section is a treasure trove to behold. Happy shopping!”
“Was really impressed by JCPenney's! Huge variety of clothing some say it's dying but to me JCPenney's is a reminder of childhood. You could get your haircut and find the newest and coolest fashions. I was able to find my work clothes and some street clothes with impressive staff helping me out that was very friendly.”

“I was so glad my friend suggested we kill some time by checking out this Ross. I was impressed by the full selection, my local Ross stores don't have as much inventory. I noticed right away how clean the floors and store was in general. I did find more things than I thought I needed, so it was a successful trip.”
“I stopped by around 12:30 in the afternoon to pick up a few things, and the checkout line started getting pretty busy. At first, I only saw one cashier handling all the customers. Shortly after, I believe the manager called another employee who had been stocking items in the aisle to come help at the register. Even though it seemed like that wasn’t originally her role at the moment, she stepped in to assist. She didn’t seem thrilled about being pulled away, which is understandable, but when it was my turn, she was polite and professional. I treated her with the same respect, and overall it turned into a very positive interaction. I appreciated the effort to help customers despite the rush.”
“Saturday I made an online appointment. Upon entering the salon, I was greeted. I had Sydney she is new. My experience was excellent I love my color and new style. I talked to Sydney because she was a little nervous at first. I told her you are the artist, I'm your blank canvas. So relax. I'm love to see what you can do.
I be honest not very many individuals at the salon seem to want to guide her, teach her help in anyway. Believe me she was good, she listened to me and I loved it.”
“Truck drivers- Easy enough place to get into, recommend you go around the right hand side of the store to make it easier to back into, but there’s also plenty of space to maneuver if you come in from the other side of the store or from the road next to the dealership. Receiver was quick to unload me and really nice guy. It was a pleasure to deliver here.

“I go into this family Dollar about every day. And every single employee there is super cool and super nice. They hold the store down very well. The store is always clean and neat. There were a few times where I did not bring enough money for my order. The employee helped out with the difference. A couple of different employees have done this. I won't mention any names. They are all really cool and that is a very good family Dollar to shop at.”
“This Wal Mart has been here as long as I can remember which is at least 30 years. While not as grand as other Wal Marts for me the size of it is just right. I am not a fan of the larger models and prefer the older style Wal Marts.”

“You can usually find some great hidden deals here. Even when the parking lot looks full, the store somehow never feels overcrowded inside. Don’t let the cars out front fool you, it’s generally easy to get around once you’re in.”
“Amanda, the pharmacy tech went out of her way to make sure my prescription was filled fast after another tech made a mistake and had me wait in store.
