After the service I received yesterday from the store manager and one of the other associates, taking my service to another location is being very much considered @ this point. Although, now it will be very much a inconvenience on my time of driving the extra miles to avoid this location.
I've been getting tire service from Discount Tire for almost 10 yrs not just this location but between other locations as well, and yesterday was the first pissed off experience I've encountered @ this location EVER.
I'm not going to go into full details of my experience yesterday. The Store Manager is very unprofessional and that hiring sign will probably stay there and long as he's there.

Went to get my tire patched for a nail. They didnt bother to remove the screw first or do a leak test before they took the tire off the rim. If they had they would of noticed it was a tiny screw that didnt penetrate the tire, so a patch wasnt even needed. They took the tire off the rim, saw it had already been patched then informed me they couldnt fix it per their policy. Said they didnt have replacements available that day and wouldnt reinstall the tire on the rim for me. Fortunately i had a spare. I took the tire to bmw and they pulled the screw. Saw it hadnt penetrated through the tire . Mounted it and rebalanced it for me, did a leak test and off i go. I will not ever buy tires here again

Need to change it from being opened. Called multiple times. All over Springfield and all. Not just this place but can't get a single answer from noone...

I had an appointment to get new tires and arrived early, but after waiting 15 minutes in the lobby, I still wasn’t helped. Despite four employees working the front, they were all focused on answering phone calls instead of assisting customers in person. I ended up leaving without ever being helped. I wouldn’t recommend going here.

Walked in to spend around $4,000 on new rims and tires. Way too busy. Looked like total chaos. Waiting room full. Too small of a builiding and parking lot for the volume of customers. Try too ask, " Has anyone not been helped?", more often. Hire more people.

Took blown tire in with rim at 11am and bought a new tire to be put on the rim and promised pick up 5pm got back after 7pm! Never again!! Then when I asked for a manager and told him we would just go somewhere else and we wanted our money back he said he would get to it right now. Don’t understand why it took all that to get it done. If I didn’t say anything it probably would’ve been in till the next day. One tire 8 hrs I’d hate to see all 4 being done! They need more experienced people at this location. It don’t take four people to work on one tire.

Don’t make an appointment- it means nothing! If they are behind, sounds like they always are - your appointment carries no weight, your loss of time is your problem- deal.

Needed one bent wheel replaced, that's all. Without asking they used a non-standard wheel that required an expensive proprietary tool to remove the wheel, and that brand's tool didn't even work well enough. Also charged me nearly 75 for the whole set of lugs for that idiotic wheel, too. Just got it taken off and replaced with a standard wheel that can actually be removed by all other shops in order to replace tires... the reviews about this place using weird parts to make you come back is absolutely true. I was dumb for picking this place to get serviced at even once.

Don’t mess with making an appointment, you’ll just wait as long as a walk in with no appt. Never been under 3 hr wait.

Prices are always easy to complain about but the techs here are calm, friendly, and very helpful. Showed up a little early and they still started right away, done in 30 minutes. Very pleased.

We bought top of the line tires here. This came with free tire rotations. After replacing the lug nuts and rotating the tires, we needed new rotors and brake pads. A “free tire rotation” turned into an $800 expense. Won’t be returning.
