Best cellphone repair shop around. Had my phone fixed in 30 mins and was super cheap. This is the only place Ill ever go to from now on.They know what they are doing. All the staff were super friendly. I'll recommend this place to anyone.

I had a great experience at Dropped Mobile in Springfield! From the moment I walked in, the team was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. They took the time to listen to my phone issues, provided a clear explanation of what needed to be done, and had my device repaired quickly. I appreciated the honesty and transparency throughout the process — they didn’t try to upsell me on anything I didn’t need. Great service, excellent communication, and reasonable prices. Have known these guys for years they do quality work! They now offer Ultra Mobile (now owned by T-Mobile) a prepaid option if you're trying to save money and don't use a ton of data check out their $29.00 plan on promotion with 25 gigabytes of data and of course unlimited talk and text!

Super impressed with Dropped Mobile (SPI) and so glad I stopped by there before heading to a big box store or AT&T! I wanted a used phone, which was/is in perfect condition and a great price. They even transferred all my data to my new phone in no time, which no one does anymore and saved me hours at home doing it myself. Everyone was great and very knowledgeable. Will definitely be back! Thank you'all so much!!!

I had Dropped Mobile repair the cracked screen on my cellphone. Then within 30 minutes it hit a slate floor and cracked it again. Back for a second repair! [IDR but I think it was a warranty repair.] To this day I have not dropped it and the screen is still as good as when they repaired it! I highly recommend them.

Had a great initial experience with Dropped Mobile. They had a quick response online and clear info about ordering an OEM iPhone 14 Pro battery. However, there was a communication lapse when the battery arrived, and I wasn’t contacted as promised. After some follow-up, they confirmed it had been misplaced. Despite that, the in-store service was great, friendly staff and the battery was replaced within an hour. Overall, solid service with room for improvement in communication.
