“I've had service from Sears appliance repair multiple times and I've always been satisfied. Both techs (Don & Bronell) have been knowledgeable and efficient. My only complaint is not getting a narrower time to expect service. It's a range from 8 am to 5 pm, so there's no way to schedule any other activity for the day. The system sends a text when the tech is on the way. That's the reason for taking off a star. It seems to me that there could easily be an adjusted time given once the routing schedule has been set for the day.”
