Absolutely a great place to get a rental! My vehicle was in the shop for over a month they did amazing working with my insurance to get me a rental. A brand new 2024 rental, too!!

Isaac one of the best associates there im a frequent renter and he always give the best service and works with me on what's available because your online site lets you reserve even if there no car or none of your selection it still reserved it and he works it out every time

My rental out the door was great while my vehicle was being repaired. After a week, I returned the rental, walked into the Enterprise location on Stanford in Springfield, IL and did not receive a greeting from the guy at counter. One worker was on the phone, and the other worker was not on the phone and no other customers were there. Low and behold, Elliot, who was behind the cut-out wall, approached and greeted me. Thanks ELLIOT for being professional, courteous, and personable to a first time customer and for getting me dropped off at the dealership.

Excellent manager, Elliott and Co workers at Springfield Enterprise on Stanford. It is a busy and at times a very busy place, but all were pleasant and doing a great job. Rates are very fair.Also, Steve at the Quincy office, was so very pleasant.Enterprice should be very pleased with all of these employees

Experience was very good overall. I deducted one star because my car smelled very badly of marijuana. I’m not a prude but I rented the car for business and my luggage, my hair, the clothes I was wearing all smelled like pot after a 5 hour drive.

One star is too many for them. They dont even deserve my time to type this but i wanted to spare other people by being robbed blindly by them. So i book a rental for $66 a day at the airport location, after taking an uber to the airport im informed they have no cars but dirksen does so then i take another uber to dirksenand then they dont have any cars so then i go to this location and they dont honor the price i booked it for and charge me $94 a day. I explained i couldnt return the car til 6pm and they said it wouldnt be a problem. So after a week n half of still not getting my deposit back after my bank stated theres no pending credit from them, Enterprise tells me that im only getting $206 of my $300 deposit back. Now never once had this been disclosed to me prior to this. I need my full deposit back as im the only one working due to my husband having medical issues. I had to rent that car for work. I informed my corporate office of what happened and they rent from Enterprise all over the US but no longer will be after this as the rate i was supposes to get was our corporate rate and i was charged an exfremely high rate. This company is a thief and steal working class peoples hard earned money. Im contacting the better business bureau as well about them stealing my money from me. The worst part is the day they charged me for i ended up getting a rental from Decatur because i was told they were out of rentals. No one told me i could keep the car til the next day because they were charging me for it.. my total bill was $492. Thats a ridiculous amount to rent a car for 5 days especially when i only paid $312 for a week at the enterprise in Decatur. The people in Decatur are kind and honeat people. I feel like this location profiled me as im a hispanic woman covered in tattoos but i guarentee you i make more than any one of thier employees. Stay away from these crooks. They are scandalous liars and thieves.Update: its been 2 weeks now and i still have not recieved my deposit back. So i guess the manager spent my moneyIn response to the owners response. I emailed once already and i called and never heard back from anyone

The folks at the Stanford location are friendly, knowledgeable and truly want the best for the clients.We needed a rental due to an accident in our primary vehicle. Over the course of the rental period we had 3 different contracts due to insurance limits and the long wait time for the repair shop to get parts.The guys at Enterprise kept us fully informed as to costs, availability and procedures, and there were no surprises with any of the handoffs of the rental coverages.We feel that our interests were their first priority. Great job all around!

I had a reservation, got a call 10 minutes before saying they did not have a vehicle. They told me they would look at the other 2 locations in town and call me back in an hour to try and get me a car. I called back twice at the hour mark with no response. I gave up and called the airport location; they had plenty of the lot. The other location wasn't answering calls and not assisting reservations, and had no vehicles in the lot. This business is to provide customers with cars and they have absolutely no ability to do so. I have never had a worse rental experience.
