i rent cars for travel more than 100 nights a year. Never have any issues anywhere i go in the country except this location. Rude staff, make you provide personal proof of insurance when you do not take theirs even though it is covered under both my credit card and my company

I was in a car accident and my car was totaled. The insurance company paid for a car through enterprise. The staff was super helpful and even helped switch cars for a trip I had to take. Adam rose and David fouts were amazing!! Highly recommend going to this location.

Decent quality most workers are great. Usually it's a LONG wait with lots of bumps in the road. Their roadside assistance SUCKS left me and my three small kods on the side of the road for 4 hrs then wanted us to get out on the side of the road in the middle of nowhere with our stuff and wait for an uner which already was stated there was none in this area. Their customer service center beyond sucks they changed the price after I booked. I book with them monthly and now will be looking for a new company.

If I could give this place zero stars I would , I reserved a 15 passenger van 2 months ago ! So I guess it was a recall on my the van ! I got a voicemail from Taylor saying to call the enterprise I called at least 15 x Friday in till Tuesday , finally I got through !! I spoke to Taylor ! She asked me why I didn’t call earlier then she was rude and started to discussing deposit! I I asked her what type of rhetorical of question was that? I most definitely had attitude! I asked to speak to manger David a 20x I was denied! She called me back today and said my reservation was canceled that! She spoke to her regional manger that I can’t rent from enterprise anymore in life ! She said because i basically called her stupid! I came to the lactation and told her customers services sucks ! I never called her out name she took to personal! I love the way Enterprise treat a their customers without speaking to him! Why wasn’t allowed to speak to a manger? Qtna the whole situation could be solved! This location is in the ghetto just like their employees

The engine stopped working on our rental halfway between our destination and our home in Iowa City. We called roadside assistance and they told us that they’d put in for a tow truck but that it would likely only be able to take my husband and the car, so we would have to call 911 for an officer to drive myself, our 2 children, and our luggage somewhere else. That seemed unreasonable so my husband called Enterprise in Springfield, where we rented the vehicle, while I called the nearest Enterprise. Both were amazing. Dave and Miles were extremely professional and concerned about our welfare. They called the Enterprise near us to assist in coordinating things. We are so grateful for their help! Thank you, again.

Staff was professional and quick to get me in and out on my way. The car I rented was full of gas so another time constraint avoided. Only complaint I have: if you need to "use" the facilities" while on the property, you may want to think twice. Maybe it was due to the time(end of the business day) I was there but not sure. Better ventilation might help too

Other than it took 45 minutes to get checked out when picking up the vehicle, there were no problems.

Absolutely the best service with Enterprise on Dirksen Parkway. The one who helped the most had a great personality even when she was greatly overworked (I unfortunately cannot remember her name something like Tara or Kara maybe) but she’s was super nice and very easygoing

I reserved a car 3 weeks prior to pick up this Saturday Aug 27th/ I Also called customer service to confirm that a car was available at this location and that it was a one way, I WAS ASSURED everything was fine. I get to the location to pickup my car to drive to the airport in St.Louis and Im told by the guy at the front desk they dont have a car for me, because they don't do one way rentals at this location??!!!! And he told me “he could nothing for me, sorry . ahh you’ll have to call customer service , ahh or maybe call another location here in springfield but ahhh we cant rent you anything today.” IM so livid with this company, especially this location!!! How could you leave someone stranded without a car when the customer double checked the reservation and YOU EXPECTED ME TO CALL ANOTHER ENTERPRISE LOCATION?? Meanwhile I also witnessed the same staff giving a family a hard time about renting a car. Unbelievable.. seriously Enterprise!! Im done with your company, its not the first time I’ve shown up and had no car available on a reservation.Luckily Hertz was able to get me a car asap right before they closed ( 12:00 pm on a Saturday, same as YOU!! )I was in your office at 10:45 am, thankfully it wasn’t 11:45 am before all rental office’s close in that area!! Thank You Hertz for not only helping me get to an airport 1hour and 45 mins away , but also got very nice upgrade because they felt so bad about how I treated by Enterprise. Beware anyone renting from them.. SUPER SHADY

Excellent service and variety of vehicles. My husband uses the south dirksen location all the time due to us visiting grandma and uncle once or twice a month in Indiana and their are never any issues. Matt and the young lady with the brown hair?? I forget her name but they are very helpful.

I reserved a vehicle for this past Saturday, July 22, 2023, and once we arrived, no vehicle was available. They tried to give me a smaller car but not what i requested. They indicated they called but I received no message. I will never come there again.

Not very happy with your service ,we were on a trip to Texas and on way back transmission went out on rental.We by chance...thank god pulled into a Rest Area ,we called Enterprise, lyft,Uber,Yellow cab over 30 times with the runaround of someone will come and get you ,well 10.5 hrs later a towtruck came and thank goodness he had a friend that was an Uber driver and he came and got us from Houston. So now mind you WE HAD A SPECIAL NEEDS HANDICAP CHILD WITH US ,so thats what kind of service we got .also i had to pay Uber driver otta my pocket 350 cash ,so what kind of reveiw you want me to give you.not very happy with Enterprise.

I drove to Detroit Michigan in this 2023 Challenger. It had 332 miles on it. I returned it with a full tank, and clean. I left it with quite a few miles on it. BEST SERVICE...NO PROBLEMS... WILL BE BACK...This saves my Taurus Xtra miles at trade in time.

Highly recommend Enterprise on Dirksen in Springfield. Elliott was an absolutely remarkable employee and went above and beyond on his service to us. Because of his commitment to making our experience excellent, we were able to get the vehicle we needed and had a great trip!

Very good customer service for pickup and returning. 2023 Vehicle was very good also (could have had the outside washed better, alot of bug spats still on it). Other than that great experience.
