If I could rate it lower I would. Very unprofessional. Got told they would do my warranty work. Have called service no answer. Called one of the main people they said service would call me. No call back. The truck I bought. I knew it had 2 minor things wrong with it but after driving it home 2 hours away things started going down hill. And to are to the top of it. They told me my buddy that told me about this dealership would get 100 dollars for referral but he didn’t get anything

I called sean about a f350 let him know what I could afford he called me back in less than an hour letting me know he could get my payment right where I need to be he let me know that the Finance lady would be calling me and taking care of everything. She called within 30 minutes to get all my paperwork taken care of she was great and they scheduled for my delivery. I just wanted to say thank you for you guys doing exactly what you said you would do for me My truck is on the way now thank you.

I purchased a 2015 lariat from them. I couldn’t drive to Springfield from Indianapolis to check it out personally unfortunately. I purchased the truck based on photos. When it arrived, several problems were observed. Large paint chip on hood, moon roof was shattered on the inside. Sun roof didn’t work. Rear of front passenger seat was torn, needed repaired. Hood cost $700.00 to re paint. Seat was $300.00 to repair. Had to replace three air vents because of broken tabs. None of this was disclosed at time of purchase. Had I viewed the truck in person, I would have negotiated a lower price because of these undisclosed problems. Did they basically lie about these things? Yes, I think they were not honest with me. But, the truck does run well & Ive got the problems taken care of. Except that expensive moon roof. Well, that’s the facts & that’s it.

Salesman asked when I could come in for vehicle, after being in contact and having a preapproval, drive 2 hours to deal with salesman that were obviously confused and out of the loop of anything going on. Do not recommend, waste of time, gas, and money. Stay away from this dealership. I’ve bought and sold 61 cars, this is the worst place I’ve ever dealt with.

I BOUGHT A TRUCK OVER YEAR AGO , PAPERWORK FOR TITLE HAS NEVER BEEN SENT TO STATE , NEVER BEEN REGISTERED , CANT RENEW PLATES THAT HAVE EXPIRED , AND THE FINANCE COMPANY THEY FINACED IT THRU HAS NO PAPERWORK , AND THE LADY IN CHARGE OF PAPERWORK SAYS SHE CANT DO ANYTHING . AND HAS HUNG UP ON ME TWICE AND REFUSES ANY WRONG DOING . STATE SAYS THEY HAVE CONTACTED THEM TWICE FOR PAPERWORK . COMPLETE JOKE AND HAVE A TRUCK THAT IS COMPLETLY USLESS AND ILLEGAL . AND THEY DONT SEEM TO CARE . GUESS NEXT CALL IS TO AN ATTORNEY .

Drove 6 hours to pick up a truck they said was a great truck, got there and check engine light was on, they knew we where coming from out of state. HORRIBLE absolutely HORRIBLE. Save yourself the time and the headache

This dealer knows they are selling bad cars I’m sure. They are cocky and self righteous. My truck starts having transmission issues before we got home with it. Which when we went we should’ve known better than to move forward with the purchase because a guy was in there with a transmission issue that day, claiming to have brought to be fixed they didn’t and he’s out of money and a car. Should’ve taken his word for it. It should really be shut down.

This is the worst dealership I’ve ever dealt with the car started falling apart the day after I bought it from the check engine light to other lights. Was supposed to have a warranty they kept ducking and dodging. Even kicked me out one day. Paid 22k for a car that fell apart the day after I bought it. They turnt the check engine light off came right back on took it to a real dealer and found out they never fixed the problem.

If you want to leave the lot with no gas and a dirty car this is the lot for you. EVERYTHING THEY HAVE SMELLS LIKE A SMOKER OWNED IT. And if you bought it they don’t detail it or fill the tank. Never have I ever experienced that. Bye
