This rating is directed at its store operations, and not at its employees, who are overwhelmingly overworked and grossly underpaid. I get the distinct feeling that what is lurking around the corner is that Family Dollar, Dollar General, etc. will all go eventually employee free as far as checking out the consumer, using staff to restock and nothing else.

Needed to use the bathroom, it was an emergency, they wouldn't let me. Even have men's and women's bathrooms.

Store is nice and clean. Nice to have carts now. Unfortunately, customer service is dismal. Staff is far from friendly and not at all helpful.
