The service by FedEx is terrible! This is capitalism at its worst. I live on a street comprised of six houses numbered 1-2-3 on the right side of the road and 4-5-6 on the other. I am House # 4. There's a big 4 on the lamp post at the foot of my driveway. So when FedEx delivers my packages to House # 1 across the street and then sends me the message: "PACKAGE DELIVERED AT 1:35 PM ON THE PORCH," a vexing hunt begins when I come home from work. Attempted to telephone FedEx for help. None to be had. Just a recorded friendly voice telling me the package was delivered. No explanation beyond that.

i have been trying to locate my package,door tag # does not exist,office personal connected me to a recording . no help,i feel the package is now stolen!!!!!!!!!!!!
