Got genuine help
The employee who assisted me was genuinely interested in helping me with the issues I was experiencing. He was able to pull up the email I sent and manually print the PDF attachment on it.

The people at the counter were very helpful and well-informed. Very competent at making bookmarks. They helped me choose the right paper and verified all aspects of the order, i.e. from size to cost. When I picked up the bookmarks, I was extremely pleased with the quality and how good they looked. From beginning to end, the staff were friendly, competent and helpful. Great experience all around.

Worst customer service ever. Their machines were broken so they wanted to upcharge me after I spent time and money using their computers to put my files on a drive.Response I received was “I’ve never seen that before.” Wow…figuratively this is not a feasible business model.

Katrina was the customer service representative who waited on us. She is extremely professional, friendly and very helpful. I had several questions and she was able to answer them all to my satisfaction. I am very satisfied with her service and hope to deal with her in the future when I return to the store. She made my shipping experience pleasant and not feel like an errand.
