The employee was not knowledgeable . We had run out of propane, the employee did not come in to relight or check anything. When the bill came we were charged for these services on top of paying an additional $150 dollars for a 2 day service request. Not a customer focused business.

Have no issues whatsoever with them in the last 13 years until recently. I ordered and had no problems except I had a question and tried for over an hour on 2 different days to get to a human when I called and could not.

Can't believe I get billed $60 a year just to be a customer. I'm very frustrated with this company. Wish I could get their tank removed and get a much better price from FS. This company is a joke.
