Almost $900 for 4 minivan tires and alignment. Reasonable based on quality of the parts I bought. 5.5 hours waiting in the lobby to get the vehicle back understaffing being the excuse offered. Nobody asked if I wanted the non-functional tire valve sensors changed while the tires were off the rims (I wasn't aware any were bad until I put it to a computer AFTER the work). Didn't get my valve caps back and the front right tire leaks 18 psi every 10 hours. I don't have 6 hours to have the warranty honored. Time is valuable. My wife did not get the service level I expected for the cost and our time seemed very unimportant. Every single reason I avoid dealerships happened at this location.

This was the third time I brought in my car for a knocking noise. The first time I was told there was no noise. The second time they replaced shocks and tires, but the noise was still there. The third time they tried to tell me that it still was not making a noise. I had to go down and drive the car with them to point out the very obvious noise that happened during every turn and exactly as described in my work order. We finally got it sorted out thanks to Brandon, who to be fair has been great every time we've come in. He hooked us up with a good discount for the trouble. All in all I've had very good experiences here, but this last round has definitely made me question coming back.

All of the gentlemen were extremely professional, courteous and respectful.They were compassionate and were expedient in getting my vehicle diagnosed and fixed. These acts of kindness were exemplified during one of my difficult days so they had a great impact on me.
I am very appreciative of all the hard work they put into working on my car.

This is the only place i feel safe bringing my vehicle. As a single female, lots of mechanics will try to screw me over, but the guys here are very trustworthy! They let me know exactly what is needed without trying to oversell their products. And every time I go here everyone is so friendly! They always take the time to explain everything to me. They are also super fast! I can come by on my lunch break and make it back to work in an hour. I also love that I get my inspection report and invoice emailed to me right after my service is done. The prices are always cheaper than anywhere else too!

Originally, I left a 1-Star review but this company and the crew at 6th Street stood behind a guarantee. I brought it in to be aligned. Due to a ball joint issue, I had thought I was just out my money. I was wrong. Not only did they get my truck straightened out. But they installed a new ball joint at a cosy of $0 to me! I would suggest our local Firestone for alignment, tires, etc. And I apologize for any inconvenience. I appreciate your professionalism. I'll see you next time. Thanks

Thank goodness your Firestone was open on a Sunday! We had a tire issue shortly after we left Chicago for our drive to KC for the turkey break. Ran over a nail and dealt with the slow leak until Bloomington. Was able to get it plugged, but sidewall still had a tiny leak to it. We refilled tire with air outside of Lincoln and realized this pattern was not going to make it to our KC destination. Found this Firestone location open and have them my tire specs. We have plenty come on in. In and out in less than 30 mins, so can’t thank Brandon at front desk and Chris- tech(also a Chiefs fan) for taking care of us and getting us on our way. And we nade in safe and sound. Thanks again boys!

Traveling and had a wheel bearing issue. They diagnosed the problem but we're not equipped to repair so gave a few recommendations. Very good experience.
