My Subaru broke down on a road trip and sat at a local Subaru dealership for a week before they told me, on the day I was supposed to pick it up, that they couldn't get the parts or fix it. Floyd's had the parts in 3 days and fixed 2 days after that. Josh is a great guy and will definitely do all he can to take care of you. I'm wish I didn't live 400 miles away or I'd take my car there for all repairs. 👍🏻

The only place in central Illinois you should be taking your vehicle to! Family owned, honest people who won't try to upsell you. I won't trust my Honda or Subaru with anyone else. Heck my car is still under warranty and I would rather Floyd's handle my service.

As if exceptional experience, professionalism, and service weren’t enough, now they have brought detailing into their offering. Love the peace of mind, knowing my truck is working properly with my wife and kids in it, but I have to say my truck hasn’t been this clean since I drove it off the dealership lot seven years ago. Will be back again and again. Nicely done, Floyd imports!

Floyd’s has my full confidence. Dave is always straightforward and honest with me and I trust him when he says work needs to be done on my vehicle because there have been several times when I could have easily been convinced to spend a boatload on repairs just for Dave to reassure me that everything looks good. Prices are fair and the work is done well. Highly recommend.

I go to Floyd’s for my regular maintenance. They are always professional and polite. Of course they also do a great job. But my review has to do with them going above and beyond. My fob key battery quit why I was out and about It finally started and I went straight to Floyd’s. I explained my situation and he replaced my battery and did not charge me for time or battery. I know it’s a small matter to them but it really helped me out in a bad moment. Thank you Lisa Potts

Buddy of mine told me to come here for car help since I just purchased an Audi. These gentleman here are very professional, quick, and knowledgeable. I am very happy I came here to get work done on my audi. Thanks guys yall rock! And hey they weren't even snooty at all. I say that because the other two dealerships I tried for help wouldn't even give me the time of day. Thanks again guys.

Helped my wife get back on the road when she had problems while passing through Springfield. Despite being busy and fully booked, they took the time to listen to her, quickly saw it was an easy fix, and were able to accommodate the job and they even put air in her tires. Highly recommend. Professional and kind.
