Ask for Payton, not only did he get me in a suv that night after work but he made it easy now I drive and own one of the nicest cars I have ever had and his insurance lady got me on full coverage even with a couple red flags I had. All in all was a good experience.

Hello!!! I bought a car in august after i got back from vacation i looked into this place, peyton was the first one to help me out ! we called .. we discussed, we test drove Vehicles, he worked with my down payment..Along with my budget. As a 19 yr old … peyton was understanding & never tried to talk me out of a certain vehicle and/or belittle me. with in a week or 2 i left with a 2020 gmc terrain and she is still doing great!!!

I would not take your vehicle to this business. We took our car to this business because the transmission was slipping. After taking our vehicle twice to get the same problem fixed the transmission started to slip again, we took the car back to this business. When we would call to get updates they swore that there was nothing wrong with the vehicle. When my husband went to pick up the vehicle the treatment he got was awful! The people were not willing to listen which made my husband very upset he did get angry and did exactly what the people wanted him to do, he cussed and got aggravated. Our car is now in a shop getting a new transmission(same transmission this department said had no issues). I believe my husband got treated like this because of the color of his skin. The people at the shop treat people of color way differently!

Just charged $160 for a diagnostic that wasn't requested and quoted $1000 for an $8 part that GM's own guidelines call for a 0.4 hours labor repair. Shocking behavior bordering on criminal at this dealership do yourself a favor and stay as far away as possible. Just glad I didnt buy the car here.
Update: It would have taken 5 minutes for Friendly and their general manager to locate this estimate and reach out yet they never did. Lip service boilerplate response meant as damage control as opposed to really caring that they treat people like crap and shake them down as hard as possible.
Ordered the part and replaced it myself in 5 minutes. If I could get $1000 for this repair like Friendly wanted I'd install these for the rest of my life.
Avoid this place like the plague.

I called about a Corvette online that was on two sites. The price was 133100 I called about three times talking Two different sales people nobody could ever give me a straight answer. Said had a recall issue And they couldn’t sell it. I dealt with two other dealerships online with the same issue. They told me I could put money down and they would hold it till it got fixed. This dealership said They couldn’t sell it. The third time I called they said the price on the Internet was wrong so I finally gave up. I wouldn’t buy a car From here if it was half price.nobody seems to know what they’re doing price.
