I want to express my deep gratitude towards the Gerber Collision team for its exceptional attention and impeccable service. From the moment I arrived at the workshop, I was received with incomparable warmth and professionalism.
Erica and Jordan, in particular, stood out for their kindness and efficiency throughout the entire process. The reconstruction of the front of my car, which was completely destroyed, was made impeccably, leaving it as a new factory.
The excellent work done by the entire Gerber Collision team is undoubtedly admirable. Every detail was treated with care and precision, demonstrating a level of professionalism that is worthy of praise.

Good: Great workmanship. Had work done in late 2023 and so far so good. Very helpful scheduling pickup and drop off.
Bad: some replacement parts where not OEM and it's noticable.

So, here’s the back story.. I was driving down the interstate where someone had lost a piece of their vehicle. Leave it up to me to hit! It knocked a bolt loose underneath my car causing my skid plate to drop & drag. I called my dealership MULTIPLE times within a two week span to see if they could schedule me an appointment to have this fixed. No response. A family member had suggested I get ahold of Gerber CollisionThanks to Gerber on Dirksen who got me in ASAP & fixed it for me in less than 5 minutes! Very Polite & Great Service

We LOVE Gerber Collison & Glass repair. Each repair may take a bit, but the service is impeccable. You can't tell where the damage was & they work very well with our insurance company. They are a preferred provider due to their excellent repair record! We don't take our cars anywhere else!
