I don't write reviews very often, but this place made me so uncomfortable that I left without getting a hair cut. The kept asking for my address, and wouldn't even put me into the queue unless I gave it to them. I am NOT a fan of giving out my address in public. Why is that required information for a haircut. It almost felt like some kind of scam artist trying to get my info. DO NOT GO HERE!

Walk in at 625. Shop open til 7. Walking welcome sign still in front of building on Sidewalk. Was told they weren't taking Walking anymore. 35 minutes? Wth. Not impressed.

I went in at 6:45 p.m. My hair is very easy to shape up. The girl said they were closed. Your online site says you close at 7. I’m tired of places closing early because they are too lazy to work up to closing time. I guess I’ll find some place else. I know you don’t care about that because it won’t affect your business but that just gives me a little satisfaction to know I won’t be giving you any of my money any more.

Don’t go during the day. It’s better to go when the night crew is there. Day crew is slow and one lady didn’t care that I said I had to go because it took so long. They weren’t even busy I was the only person in line.

Debra is the best hairstylist. She did exactly what I wanted and only looked at the photo for a few seconds. She is a mastermind and did so good at her job. The products she gave us worked wonders and I am finally confident about my hair.
Requested style: I asked for my hair to be cut a little on the sides, and for the front to be fluffy. Did exactly as I asked
Hair type: I had tried everything before and have done multiple things to get my hair to look God. Thousands and thousands of chemicals and different mixtures to change my straight hair to become fluffier and more volumous.
Stylist: Debra was the best stylist. We left a 10 dollar tip which put our price up to $40 after buying products and the actual cut.

I came in today to get my layers cut back up to par, shaped up, and a general trim on my longest layer. I reiterated this to the stylist 3 times on what I wanted even showed her a picture of MY hair from my last cut, she kept cutting and cutting away at the length on my sides then my back and I have VERY curly hair, the layers are non existent on the sides it’s all just SHORT. I was so shocked that I started crying when I got to my car. I was very open with what I wanted, I knew instantly she was not well versed in textured hair by the way she worked with it. I know part of it is my fault for not speaking up more, but it was to late. The layers in the back aren’t blended and it isn’t even, I can’t straighten it because of that. The icing on the cake is I asked her if she could put curl cream or moose in my hair to prevent frizz, she said the “leave in conditioner should be fine” and sent me on my way… below are three photos: before, after, and what I asked for
