Poor experience directly after purchase. No one available to speak with, no store managers return calls, $75k truck I bought has issues in the first 300 miles, and I’m left holding the bag with no help nor answers. Next time I’ll go somewhere else for certain.

I took the train to Springfield to test drive a car at Green Dodge I'd gotten pre approval to finance through Capital One. Working with Ivan Blackwell, I had a 3:40pm deadline to make a deal before I'd need to catch the train back home. At 3:00, I was signing the contract for a much better vehicle with a much better finance deal than I'd walked in with. The next day we were able to transfer the extended warranty to a dealership closer to home. Five stars.

Joe has impressed us with what every car salesman should be like and make your car shopping the most enjoyable time. The team at Green Dodge has been extraordinary in finding us the right vehicles and deals for our needs. You could not ask for a better team. Also the care they give you after purchasing a vehicle and if there is an issue they have gone above and beyond to make things right and fix whatever it is. I would highly recommend them to anyone vehicle shopping. I have never experienced a better shopping experience at any other dealership. This experience is why we return and purchase our vehicles and also why we recommend Joe Surratt and the Green Dodge team.

Bought a 2010 ram 1500 here a couple of years ago for 26k. At the time thought that mat have been a good deal because it ran great and didnt have any body damage and was really clean. After about 30 days, one of my side step rails fell off while I was getting in. About 2 weeks later, the other side did the same thing. And not long after it has been nickle and diming me on repairs. Looking back on the purchase over all, it was definitely not worth near what I paid for it. Even a year in and its KBB value was significantly lower than what I was still paying on it. So I took it back to trade it in but was unsuccessful. Majorly upside down on this thing now. I owe way more than its worth, can't afford to fix it and dont have the credit to trade it in for something different. Overall, selling a truck for the amount I paid seems fraudulent. I guess they saw me coming. :(
