Start of my experience was not the best until I met Adam. Adam stepped in and was able to get the deal I wanted and went above and beyond to get the deal set after the dealership was technically closed. I was able to bring the car back the next day to get detailed. Adam followed up and has been extremely responsive to any questions I’ve had since I purchased the car. Also shout out to Jordan in their finance department. He made the paperwork part of the whole deal a great experience and was extremely helpful in answering questions that I had. Over all it was a great experience getting into the car that I really wanted.

DONT EVER BUY A CAR FROM HERE. I REPEAT DON'T EVER BUY A CAR FROM HERE. THEY HAVE THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH IN MY LIFE. PURCHASED A 2022 HYUNDAI SONATA IN SEPT 2024 WITH IN A FEW DAYS THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON. SO WE TOOK THE CAR BACK AND BOUGHT ANOTHER HYUNDAI SONATA. THE SECTARY OF STATE SENT ME A RENEWAL FOR THE CAR WE GAVE BACK. SO I CALL THEM TODAY TO FIND OUT WHAT DAY WE BROUGHT THE CAR BACK. I GOT TRANFER TO 6 DIFFERENT PEOPLE. WHICH NONE OF THEM ANSWERED MY QUESTION. SO I ASKED TO SPEAK WITH A MANAGER AND THEN I GET TRANSFERED TO A VOICEMAIL WHICH NO ONE HAS RETURNED MY CALL. I WOULDNT GIVE THIS PLACE 1 STAR BUT 0 WASNT OPTIONAL.

In the last six months our family has purchased two vehicles: 2025 Santa Fe and a 2024 Kona. Chi was great as a salesperson in both instances and also as a finance officer on the most recent sale. Congrats to him on the promotion! This makes the 5th Hyundai for our family. When we are ready for a 6th we will begin at Green on Dirksen.
