So far I have had very good experience in the service area of the Springfield Subaru. Austin is very nice and polite and knows what he is doing. He has helped me several times. Hopefully he will stick around and I will see him frequently when I come. I had a Toyota previous to this car and for many years they had good people and then those people left and I ended up with somebody super rude, which is one of the reasons I didn’t buy a Toyota again.

So far I'm very happy with their service department. My service manager is a very sharp and knowledgeable young man. He goes out of his way to be informative, honest and helpful.

I had a wonderful experience having my subaru 6,000 check. I hung out in the lounge enjoying complementary coffee, some books and tv. They check over my car and gave it a free wash. The guys were friendly and I look forward to my next visit!!

Every time I take my Suber in for a check up and service, Cody and everyone are always so kind and helpful. As I wrote on my earlier service, Cody goes out of his way to help me with anything. I would highly recommend a Suberu as their next car. ???

As I was traveling to Indiana from Nebraska, my check engine light came on so I dropped into your shop the following morning. I showed up a little too early for assistance with such an analysis, but Cody treated me like a long time customer even though I was complicating his morning schedule. Thank you, Cody, for your assistance in analyzing the problem with my Subaru Outback!
Also, the waiting area was very clean, and everyone at Green's Subaru was very friendly and efficient. If I lived in Springfield, I would use them for service and car purchases.
