Green was very accommodating on timeline and provided detailed information on each area of work to review ahead of time. The waiting area is considerate of customers too with beverages and snacks. I would definitely return.

They always do a great job. I did have a 3pm appt for tire rotation and when I got there… I needed an oil change -not for mileage but for time. I had to wait 1hr 50 minutes… but they were busy.

I drive my cars for a very long time-19 years for the last one. I wanted a very specific color combination of a blue exterior and tan interior but there were only 2 matching cars in the country. Josh and Ron were able to secure one of them for me! That car had a few more bells and whistles than I was able to afford, so they also helped find a buyer at a higher price for my old car! We received excellent service and the car is everything I wanted plus more! Great job!

The staff at Green is world-class! I felt welcomed as soon as I arrived and the staff graciously assisted me in finding the perfect car for me. I am from out of town and developed a tire issue. I was directed to Green Toyota. I was treated with the utmost care and kindness by Jeffrey Barber. It was as if he was looking out for his grandmother. He had my car all nice and warm and sent me safely on my way. Thanks, Jeffrey -- you are an asset to this dealership. Thank you.

I just bought a 2024 Toyota Hybrid. Josh Kidd the sales manager and the car salesman himself Jacob Brandon did a great job in dealing with me. They both were very professional and kind. I might also mention the Financial guy Angel. He also was very honest and a nice guy. I did get the extended warranty because i plan on keeping the car for years. There was no pressure at all. Way to go guys keep up the good work.

Green Toyota’s service team was very polite, professional, and responsive when it came to scheduling the appointment, communicating with me before and during the service work, and promptly following up when all the work was done and my car was ready to be picked up. When one service member’s shift ended and another took their place, Green Toyota communicated that to me to ensure that my service ticket was managed seamlessly. Thanks again!

Five stars from start to finish…. from picking the car, to updates about build date, to the arrival of my new ride at the dealership, and even getting the financing appointment done, everything was GREAT. Josh, and Zach were fantastic, and the guy in finance took less than 20 minutes (so I don’t even remember his name. Green for life!

The care that is given by Green Toyota is great!! They always take care of my needs without making me feel as if my hand is being forced to do unnecessary work on my Camry. I set up my appointment then I’m in and out faster than expected. They keep me up on what future work is to be expected and about how soon I’ll need to get it done. They welcome me with a smile and see me off with that same attitude. Here’s to many more years of happiness with you. Thank you Green Toyota!!

The greeting was fantastic, but after waiting a little over 1.5 hours for a tire rotation and not hearing back from 2 texts I sent my service person, I went out and checked on my car that had been finished for I don’t know how long and no one contacted me. A little disappointing that my time was not taken into consideration at all. I understand my service person went to lunch without letting anyone know and never responded to my texts since he was the only one who could see them. I also understand this is not the norm, so I would have given this visit a 2, but overall I will give them a 4. Communication is important and hopefully there will be a better method followed if this type of situation happens again. Who knows how long I would’ve been sitting there if I didn’t finally go say something to someone. :(

My review is simple. Customer service was subpar in terms of the fact I reached out to a gentleman about a car. He then offered to send me pictures and videos that morning. When I arrived by the afternoon I still had not received either. When I got there the odometer was listed with almost a thousand mile difference which was odd for that big of difference if you “just got the car in” but then when it came to numbers and what they were offering they then started adding things on I simply did not ask for. It seemed very disorganized and for some reason there was so much push back when I wanted to speak with the actual finance department. I didn’t want to discuss numbers with sales I wanted to discuss with finance as what I was pre approved for and what they initially brought to the table were drastic number differences.It could’ve been presented better and with the salesman not giving me a price that finance wasn’t comfortable offering. In the grand scheme of it all I ended up going to Honda of Springfield and was in and out within two hours in a brand new vehicle.

It took two hours for them to rotate the tires on my Sequoia — with an appointment. Other shops have been able to accomplish the same task within 15 or 20 minutes.

Both KJ the salesman and Angel of Finance were very helpful and gave me the information I needed to make the right choice in my vehicle purchase. In addition, they helped me with the purchase by their understanding of the delay with the insurance company receiving documents which I could move forward with giving them a check.
