I drove all the way to Springfield to get a normal item that was on sale. I was told a week ago when they were out of stock that if they would have more this week and if they didn't have any in stock I could get a rain check. But they refused to give me a rain check today.

As soon as I walked in someone asked me what I needed. They knew exactly where it was and walked me to it. Not every hardware store has that kind of service. Their website seems accurate, regarding in store availability.
