Nope. They bully their clients and do not listen to complaints of careworkers using their phone whilst driving etc etc. This is against the law and they should not be doing it with disabled clients in transport. DO NOT RECOMMEND.****Utterly disrespectful and rude to clients.

Springfield office.? Right off, First day the worker "forgot" to feed lunch to client... 2nd day i come home unnoticed and said worker was LAYING DOWN on clients couch..Worker took Smoke breaks every 25/30 min... Lack of communication between staff/worker/client. Several unnecessary issues concerning worker/staff. Worker refuse to wear a mask or wash hands upon entering clients home. I could go on .Very disappointed is an understatement.

My mother and father both had in home care services through this company. The workers that they both had were wonderful. The ladies in the office were wonderful and were always there to help. Overall great experience with this company and I would highly recommend them!!!!

Hello everybody, I'm Sharon Bedwell. I have worked. With Help at Home for almost a year. I have been in health care for around 40 years. So as we know I'm no spring chicken.I enjoy working for this company everyone has been very kind and polite with me.The first part of this year I went through chemo. My supervisor worked with me all the way when I needed days off and is still working with me on my after care. If you are looking for a place to work I would say. Please give them a tryI believe they have came part of my Family

I have been an employee since 2005. While every business in this field has challenges, usually around communication I have experienced over time and seen more recently the work the office is putting in to correct any issues that may ariseI have never regretted being employed with this agency. Homecare is hard no matter what side you are on and it sure helps when the agency you are at is understanding, and willing to work with you when something arises; which has been my experience. I believe in what I do and what the company is striving for and to.

Update: The supervisor called and listened to my concerns and apologized for our experience, which I appreciated. They can not provide the level of care that my dad requires so we will not continue to work with them. If you use them be very clear with them on your expectations and what your needs will be.The VA approved respite hours as well as a Home health aide for my dad. Due to having had to get another agency to to provide the home health care then this agency could provide I went with another agency for the home health aide. I made it very clear to Crystal that I wanted to keep them for respite and had an appointment scheduled for today. No one showed up. I call the agency and was informed that the VA did not allow 2 agencies. The manager I spoke to, Krishana, said it was a failure on both our parts for not communicating. I should have confirmed the appointment and she should have called to tell me they had been cancelled. So my telling Crystal 2 weeks ago that I intended to keep them for respite was not enough. I should have called to confirm when I had no idea that it might be cancelled. Caregivers who are doing everything they can to keep a loved one at home should not have to be clairvoyant in knowing what has been done by two agencies who neglected to communicate to the people they were supposed to be serving. Shame on you for blaming the customer and not taking responsibility for your lack of communication.
