We have been using Hicksgas Propane for 9 years and have been very pleased with the attentiveness to our needs. Recently, we had them move our tank to a new location in the yard. At that time, service technician Ken inspected the reconnection for leaks and found a small leak with the regulator. Ken promptly replaced it and all is good. Thanks again for being thorough and dedicaed to good service.

I had called hick gas. Spoke with Michelle at the Decatur office. She had Rick contact me with their service department the next day he came out and took a look at the new gauge and checked everything out. He said there was no problems everything looked good. Thank you Rick and Hick Gas for checking everything out for me. All was good.

You just lost a customer, until Jess Jerez called me to handle the situation. I had a rude and obnoxious interaction with an associate that likes to hang up on people rather than try to help, I was done. Jess called me, assessed the situation in a calm, polite and professional manner. The issue was a simple one to correct and she took care of it without a hitch or hangin the phone up! Give Jess Jerez a raise or a weeks paid vacation, she deserves it. She is what customer service is supposed to be!! Thank you ma’am and Hicks should thank you too for gainin of a customer!!!!
