We have used h&r block for over 20 plus years and this location is by far the worse one I have ever been to no response when you call to find out about your taxes no calls back would not recommend this location

I gave a 5 due to the fact that my tax accountant did a wonderful job with having patience with me and Ms. Brenda explained to me what to expect and considering that she has been working from home she still stayed on top of my taxes which is wonderful to see considering the times that we are in now I'm very appreciative of her time and that she's working to help people.
