I've been a satisfied i3 customer for approximately about a year now, and my experience has been excellent. Recently, I needed a longer fiber cord to relocate my modem, and i3 promptly provided me with one without any hassles – thank you!In addition, I'd like to share an update: When I found out that another fiber company was offering a lower rate, I decided to give i3 a call. To my delight, i3 matched the competitor's pricing. I truly appreciate their proactive approach in ensuring I continue to receive great service without the need to switch providers. Thanks a lot, i3!

I switched from comcast and ended up with worse service. Many times the message "internet not available" shows up. The TV goes out and the phone is dead. It uis so annoying that I cannot recommend i3.

Please Do Not Use This Company, the Crew they use to Do the Work Is Sub Par, they Used a Tractor to Dig in My Front Yard, and Assured Me No Damage Would be Done, When I Complained about the Damage, they said they would Repair it, and they Never Did, I Even Received Emails from Management saying they Would Repair My Lawn, they Still haven’t done so!!! They Broke a Sewer Line in My Culdesac!!! Please Avoid this Company, Check their Reviews !!!!They Are Horrible, They Lie Lie !!! What Company Would Use a Tractor in Someone’s Front Lawn !!! My Front Lawn Has Indentations Marks from the Tractor and My Grass Has Died, My Lawn Was Being Treated By True Green!!! Look at the Mess they Left My Yard In !!

Worst internet I’ve ever had.. stops working every single day for at least 2 hours.. always goes down on weekend nights when you can’t get a hold of anyone. Customer service is great but the actual product is hot garbage

This truck with license plate 3069273 was going at least 50mph in a 30mph zone and changing lanes without a blinker. This company obviously doesn't care about the safety of others.

I think the 3 star rating for i3 Broadband is misleading. Most of the bad reviews are from a year ago. The management team at i3 broadband was very transparent about the initial connection issues they had when they first came to the Springfield/Chatham area a year ago. Since then they have added significantly more fiberoptic cables to this area and explained in detail what they have done to fix their initial start up issues. We had a great experience with both the sales team at the store in Springfield as well as the installation team. We have only had broadband for about a month but we love it. Far superior to any other internet company in the area.

Not impressed. I need a consistent speed to work from home. This is NOT that solution. I am switching back to xfinity. This company simply cannot deliver high speed on a consistent basis. I applaud their effort but can't afford to wait for them to get their act together.

Cut our cable line due to not mapping our neighbors yard. we were told they are only concerned with big utility lines. Comcast is very familiar with them since they basically follow them all over town to repair their screw ups.

The store is always closed when I visit, even though it is within their store hours. Also the service is unreliable and cuts out for hours at a time randomly. I hate to say it, but Comcast is better.

Multiple outages since switching to them in Mid March. Customer service reps are nice but their network engineers must be out of their element. Their pricing is nice but what good is it if you can’t have stable reliable connection? 7+ outages in 45 days is absurd. Today it has been down nearly 12 hours as of this review. At this rate, I don’t know how this company expects people to pay them and/or recommend them to anyone. Terrible… absolutely terrible.

Don't believe their hype they sell you. I did. I regret it. At the end of the month I'm going back to Xfinity. Tired of the outages. Says speed is twice of xfinity even on a speed test but everything lags all the time. Outages like crazy. Line still laying in my yard after several months. It's even been replaced twice. I'm not saving but like $10 a month since I switched and it is not worth it. Xfinity customer service is the worst but at least the product they sell you is worth the cost. Don't by i3.
