Isringhausen is a top-tier dealership when it comes to customer service. As an out-of-state buyer, they walked me through the process, and by financing through them, they took care of all of the registration for the vehicle in my home state.
My salesman Sean was easy to work with and took the time to pick me up from the local airport and bearing me to the dealership. The business manager Mark was able to get all the paperwork completed before my arrival, so that I was able to get on my way efficiently.
There aren't many car dealerships left that maintain this level of customer service. Having grown up in the car industry, it was a welcome experience that took me back to how car buying used to feel.

I took my sprinter van in for a check engine light for warranty, in which they got me in on time and took care of quickly, Andrew and Carl helped me and were both very good, I needed help to learn how to use the apps in the control panel. The guys were very patient and explained it very well, they took their time and made sure i knew how to use the gps and the other apps. Thank you

I recently purchased a Porsche Cayenne Turbo from Isringhausen Imports, and I can say without a doubt that it was the most exceptional and enjoyable car buying experience I have ever had. A huge thank you to Joe and Sean, who truly went above and beyond to make everything perfect.
What made this so remarkable was that we handled almost the entire transaction remotely over the phone. This included appraising my trade-in, which they made incredibly simple. I've never enjoyed the process of buying a car, but Joe and Sean completely changed my perspective. They were transparent, professional, and made the entire experience feel effortless and genuinely pleasant.
I was traveling from out of town to pick up the Cayenne, and they had everything perfectly prepared for my arrival, exactly as promised. There was no hassling, no last-minute surprises, and no hidden fees. I was in and out the door with my new car in under two hours!
On top of the phenomenal service, they gave me an absolutely awesome deal without me even having to ask for it. Their focus was entirely on making sure I was happy. After an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience with a different Porsche dealership, working with Isringhausen was wonderful. Mike was and continues to be extremely helpful and responsive, going the extra mile to coordinate my purchase and out of state delivery. My 981 was exactly as described and has been an absolute joy to own, and I cannot overstate the customer service and overall experience Isringhausen offers.

I had taken the Red Cross Mercedes Van in for annual required service on Wednesday which I had made an appointment for the week prior. The staff person mentioned they were busy, and mentioned it might be Tuesday of the following week. I was a little surprised as it was an scheduled appointment, and requested it be sooner. They did complete it on Friday 8/29, so they were responsive to my request. The other item was I asked for a detail of the services provided, they responded they were waiting on it from our services management, ELEMENT Services. The service person requested my email, and said they would send it as soon as they received it. I still do not have the documentation. Thank you.
