Jake Pembrook is a excellent insurance agent for State Farm. I have been with State Farm for over 10yrs. And He and his secretary Marissa do an excellent job in explaining and answering any and all questions and concerns. They communicate well with their customers and follow thru quickly on any follow up steps. I just bought a new 2024 Chevy Trax over the past Wknd. And Jake and Marissa were available to assist me in that buying process ( on a Saturday). And transfer my auto policy over from my old vehicle to the New Vehicle seamlessly. I can't say it enough Jake and Marissa do an excellent job for State Farm and their customers. They make you feel like Family.
I will Always stay with State Farm for all my insurance needs...Home, Life and auto.

I had the pleasure of speaking with (Jeremy) today who works alongside my agent Jake Pembrook. I was calling about forwarding a updated copy of proof of insurance on my Condo Unit policy...that is required annually by my mortgage company of U.S. Bank.
Jeremy super was pleasant and helpful. He normally does not cover this particular department for State Farm but he was taking calls and helping keep the phones answered. Jeremy did a excellent job on communicating with me about getting my Condo Unit owners policy updated with US Bank. He informed me he would leave a note for the person who normally works in this department ( who is out sick today). And if that person is still out sick tomorrow Jeremy said he would update my condo unit owners policy personally with US Bank. Jeremy said he would contact me if any further information is needed. I feel he did a excellent job communicating with me and answering questions. And making sure my condo unit insurance policy stays updated.

New to State Farm and although they have been beat up in the press lately, Cameron was able to not only save me money on the auto with better coverage and a lower deductible, but saved me $1200 on home owners insurance. Homeowners was the main reason I decided to shop around, and I’m glad I gave State Farm a chance. Cameron was professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to speak with over the phone. Thanks for helping us save.

They never answer the phone when we call, and then when we do get a hold of them, we are always given another 800 # to call to talk to someone else.

Really appreciate all the years of customer service from the agent's assistant, Marissa. She is awesome! We have been with State Farm since 1989, and I acquired Jake when our initial agent retired. Marissa has been a Godsend. However, the reason for 3 stars instead of 5 is because we will be changing agents, but remain with State Farm. Thanks so much for everything, Marissa.
